Dr Roldan, I wish to think you and all your staff for all there assistance on my surgery yesterday. When it was my “ turn” your anesthetist immediately made me feel calm. Your nurses that helped me to the OR room where very relaxed and I enjoyed the ride! Once in the room again your staff and yourself were very reassuring, confident and put me to ease. I knew I was in good hands.
Last but should have been first as Angela is your first point of contact I must say her organization, thoroughness and keeping my appointments in line were awesome. She is confident and very reassuring. Thank you to you and all your staff in making my procedure literally painless.
